Salisbury Park Homeowners Association
Salisbury Park is a lovely, compact neighborhood of 79 homes located in North Raleigh. It is part of the Stonehenge community and is located between Bridgeport and Morgans Way on the east side of Creedmoor Road. The homes of Salisbury Park, built between 1988 and 2000, have the charming look of an English village and homeowners take pride in maintaining attractive yards and common areas at the two entrances and four cul-de-sac islands.
In addition to being an active part of Stonehenge through membership in the Stonehenge HOA, Salisbury park homeowners also oversee maintenance and plan for the future of their neighborhood through a separately organized and funded Homeowners Association. The Salisbury Park HOA operates under its own By Laws and Restrictive Covenants, elects a board of directors at its annual HOA meeting and sponsors a program of neighborhood social activities.
The menu of options available from this Salisbury Park Home Page provides current information of significance to homeowners in Salisbury Park. We will offer access to the HOA By Laws and Restrictive Covenants as well as a listing of current HOA board members and committee chairpersons, membership information, minutes of HOA Board meetings, recent copies of neighborhood newsletters along with a neighborhood calendar and bulletin board.
Information for posting to the neighborhood bulletin board along with corrections or suggestions for improving this portion of the Stonehenge website should be directed to Pete Benda (mailto:pmbenda@attglobal.net or by phone at 847-3042). Items that you wish to advertise for sale should not be placed here but rather in the Stonehenge Advertising Section.
