BOOK 3187 PAGE 704 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF WAKE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR STONEHENGE - PHASE VI THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Protective Covenants for Stonehenge Phase VI Subdivision, made and entered this 21st day of October, 1983, by and among DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, INC., and other parties hereto (see Schedule "A" attached), who are executing this First Amendment to the Protective Covenants for Stonehenge - Phase VI Subdivision, being all of the lot owners of the Stonehenge VI Subdivision, herein known as the "Parties". WHEREAS, the Parties herelo, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby amend Article V of the Protective Covenants for Stonehenge - Phase VI Subdivision, recorded in Book 3059, Page 246, Wake County Registry, by deleting tne first sentence of Article V and inserting in lieu thereof, the following: "BUILDING LOCATION. No building shall be located on any lot nearer to the front line than 30 feet or nearer to the rear line than 30 feet, or nearer to the side street than 20 feet in the case of a corner lot."
