SHOA Minutes for 2/10/03

The Stonehenge Board meeting was held on February 10, 2003 at the Sarver home, those in attendance include Brittany Walls, David Smith, Diane Lahti, Renee Sarver and Toby Sarver.

Membership and Directory: Brittany was able to import the membership file into Excel.  This will make it easier for us to update the directory when that time comes again.  We can also use this information to update our newsletter records.  We need to find out the boundaries of Stonehenge. Development Associates has this information, but it is by lot number.

Bembridge (and other streets in the area) is where we need to concentrate because houses have been built there recently. We’ll need to determine if they are officially in Stonehenge, or if we want to invite them for membership.

Newsletter - Brittany is doing the newsletter and reminded everyone to get their articles in so we can get the newsletter printed and ready for delivery the first weekend in March.

Yahoo groups – Yahoo groups are too difficult to sign up for.  Toby is going to talk with Mike Myers and Jeff Robbins to explore what avenues are available to create a user-friendly on-line community for Stonehenge.  One of the considerations will be the ability to receive e-mail, as well as view the archive.

Parking on the street – This is an ongoing issue. David is going to contact Development Associates and copy the resident on the correspondence.  DA manages the covenants.

PSNC – A survey is being conducted to explore the possibility of extending the gas lines along Morgans Way. Renee will make an announcement in the newsletter, including the contact information for the person at PSNC.
